This course contains the necessary modules to give you what you need to make nutrient content claims or health claims.  Some of the claims are dependent on meeting the NPSC or Nutrient Profiling Scoring Criteria, so this module is also included.  The Nutrient Content Claims and the Health Claims modules are both in this bundle so that you can work out what claims might be permitted on your food products.

There are some very specific criteria for making claims about food when talking nutrients and health information.  This course assumes that you know what is also required to be included in nutrition information panels when making such claims, so does not go into the detail of nutrition information panels.  This information is included in our Essentials Course.
